Return & Refund Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made on the official Parazicid website (parazicid.shop and its regional subfolders /it/, /de/, /se/). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return and ship the product back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Products

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or show signs of use, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos – we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

3. How to Return an Item

1. Contact our support team at contact@parazicid.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and the correct return address (depending on your country).
3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging (or a suitable box).
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is free – we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will ask for your bank account details to transfer the refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened or partially used.
• Any product not in its original condition or damaged by the customer.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.
